Royalty Sale To Ken Snyder Syndicate Closes

The sale of a 1% NSR production royalty on the Sleeper Gold Project to the Ken Snyder Gold Syndicate for $US 1.5 million, as announced on May 7, 2007, has closed.
The 30 square mile Sleeper Gold Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada.
Ken Snyder, PhD., was instrumental in the making of the ‘Ken Snyder Midas Mine’ in Nevada.
The contents of this release have been reviewed by Robert Thomason, M.Sc., who is a ‘Qualified Person’ as defined by NI-43-101.
