Company History
X-Cal Resources Ltd was incorporated in 1981 and
became listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1985.
The principle founders of the company were Shawn
Kennedy, John Arnold, William E Bateman and Dr Franc R Joubin.
At the time of the initial listing of the corporation,
WDH Gardiner and B. Kennedy-Burton were also directors.
Today the company is an established exploration company, operating primarily
in Nevada, where it has a portfolio of gold properties.
