Shawn Kennedy
Shawn Kennedy incorporated X-Cal in 1981and has been president since inception. Kennedy’s first prospectors license was issued in British Columbia in 1974. From 1982 until 1997, he worked closely with legendary prospector Dr Franc Joubin, one of the co-founders of the corporation. (Dr Joubin passed away in 1997).
Larry Kornze P. Eng
Larry Kornze has been honored by Barrick Gold Corporation, who used the last two letters of his name “ZE” to name the BetZE gold deposit in Nevada. Betze is the deposit that made Barrick. Larry Kornze drilled off 40 million ounces of gold reserves for Barrick at Betze. Mr Kornze is a working director for X-cal and participates actively in several aspects of the company.

James Wright gained a wealth of practical Nevada experience, during a carreer with Newmont. As an independent consultant, he makes a significant contribution to X-Cal’s gold project data.
Keith Blair Msc
Keith Blair’s earlier career with Placer Dome contributed to his knowledge of a variety of leading edge exploration data management systems. Keith built the foundation of the Sleeper Gold Project data base for X-Cal and is a part of the company’s exploration group.
